NDT department manager and Responsible Level 3 for all UACE locations, Romania and Vietnam.Responsible for:- department daily activities, capabilities, capacity;- quality system management, work flow, procedures;- client and third parties audits (NADCAP, AS9100), planing, preparation, conducting;qualification and certification programs, development and approvals, training and examination of NDT personnel;

Responsible for the Surface Treatment department quality control and NDT department operations, with a team of 7 direct and over 70 indirect employees for the bellow functions:Surface treatment (anodizing, painting, surface enhancement, shot peening)- quality control, product conformity;- quality engineering, process conformity;- in house testing, chemical laboratory;- Qualifications and NADCAP audits focal point.NDT department- implement and develop NDT methods within the company (UT, PT, MT, ET)- responsible of overall administration of the qualification and certification program for NDT inspectors- Qualifications and NADCAP audits focal point.

Responsible for Special Processes (anodizing type 2 and 3, chemical conversion coating, steel passivation, penetrant inspection) developing and integrating the processes within the manufacturing flow. Develop the quality system and quality control methodologies. Client and NADCAP audits.
