I discover ways to make them more comfortable as well as create lasting connections which brings people back. I enjoy introducing the beautiful location and culture where the hotel is located along with all the sights and sounds that make it great. Acquiring and utilizing the various resources around me continue to assist me in meeting the diverse needs of guests. Whether by phone, email or in person, the guests' needs are always my top priority.
