Overseeing all operational aspects of building management strategy, setting objectives, and managing the delivery of large projects. I am Responsible for the flow of operational information to the Operating Board and informing wider company strategy and development.

• Senior Operations Manager at one of London’s premier events venues with +/-600 events per annum across seven event spaces.• In addition to the core functions of this role managing the operations team also requires chairing weekly operations meetings, controlling staffing and event budgets, managing health & safety protocol and day-to-day running of events.• Management and production of large conferences, exhibitions and other bespoke events for a range of blue chip, corporate companies and private clients.

• Event planning from concept to completion (team development programmes, conference and meeting production/schedules, theming bespoke summer and Christmas parties and gala dinners).• Design, development, management & review of all creative event products & services. Exposure to a diverse range of event formats developing a varied skill set which called for adaptability and creativity with each event solution.• Responsible for the design and development of the largest corporate cooking academy in London whilst delivering agreed financial targets. • Provided training for the sales team on all products and services ensuring the seamless handover process from sales team to event manager.
