In Pune, Maharashtra, India, I worked with an innovative IoT team, integrating Microsoft Hololens, Siemens PLCs, and Epson robotic arms to enable real-time control of automated systems in the automotive industry. Leveraging MindSphere and DataSpell, I developed AI and predictive maintenance models that improved system performance and reduced downtime. I also enhanced the precision of Epson robotic arms using Python, increasing assembly accuracy and improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, I’m exploring IoT-driven maintenance models that gather data from photoelectric and RFID sensors, which, combined with automated systems, allow manufacturers to analyze real-time KPIs and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) parameters, optimizing performance across the industry.

As the founding Mechanical Engineer at a tech startup in Singapore, I played a crucial role in the design and development of an advanced robotic system, with a strong focus on fluid system optimization. I oversaw the integration of injectors, pressure and temperature sensors, and solenoid valves to craft a precise fluid management network. This involved control of peristaltic pumps and streamlined calibration processes, enhancing the robot’s dispensing and purging capabilities. My efforts fostered seamless interdisciplinary collaboration and accelerated project delivery, while also integrating key electromechanical elements to ensure optimal system performance.
