- Managed a diverse property portfolio throughout the Country which support services for people with an acquired brain injury. - Undertook significant upgrade programme of properties to enhance energy efficiency- Project managed social housing programme to include securing funds, site acquisition, design team appointment, procurement, construction through to occupancy.

• Dynamic business development role within the Corporate Markets division • Undertook strategic review of business resources throughout Ireland, formulated plans and advanced the development of the business centre office network to meet the needs of the Bank’s strategic plan.• Coordinated the selection, design and fit out of new Business Centres and developed the support services for Commercial Offices and Head Office accommodation • Led the Business Continuity project for Corporate Banking and developed effective contingency plans. • Member of 2 project teams managing the restructuring of Business Banking, developing new cost effective facilities and consolidating office relocations.

• Managed the Head Office facility, Regional Offices and a network of 56 retail branches following the acquisition by the Danske Bank Group• Worked as part of the Senior Management team to develop a business expansion plan for 12 new locations based on analysis of business opportunities• Formulated project briefs and led the search for new premises managing the relationship with Estate Agents, dealing with rent negotiations, legal and other procurement issues• Delivered the first phase of new banking locations as well as the refurbishment of existing premises and rebranding to the Danske model• Managed the portfolio of leasehold and freehold premises coordinating maintenance programmes.

• Reporting to the Director of Finance managed a portfolio of 135 leased and freehold properties in Ireland and Britain• Directed a strategic review of premises, identifying opportunities for development, disposal or replacement of properties• Managed a leased premises portfolio dealing with all associated legal issues from procurement to rent reviews, sub letting and building dilapidations on disposals• Delivered a total of 50 capital investment projects ensuring that all buildings were well designed, met the needs of the service, delivered on time and within budget• Developed Newgrove Housing Association to provide good quality community based accommodation
