Throughout my education and work experience, I have built on my natural mathematical ability to critically analyse problems to inform better decision-making.At NSW Health, I worked with the Workforce Modelling Team to predict workforce changes in the future. I developed web pages to display the data that informs workforce planning decisions for a workforce of over 165,000 people. https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/workforce/modelling/Pages/medical-modelling.aspxAt Rebel, I went above and beyond by analysing sales data to gather insights to inform product placement that led to increased sales. In my own tutoring business that I established as a teenager, I analysed student data to determine where to focus lessons and was able to demonstrate considerable improvement for these students.I have exceptional interpersonal skills which were recognised when I was voted as School Vice-Captain by my teachers and peers. I drew on this talent as Student Ambassador at Macquarie University where I was personally selected to engage with potential students to attract future applicants.I am keen to learn new skills that I can blend with my existing talents. I demonstrated this at NSW Health when I learned how to use Articulate Storyline to create online learning modules to improve rostering capability. In this role, I was required to develop and implement a project plan to update over 30 modules and I delivered that project on time and on budget.Achievements:• Judyth Sachs PACE Prize, Macquarie University, 2022• Faculty of Science and Engineering – Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Aware, Macquarie University, 2021• Macquarie University Merit List, Macquarie University, 2019• Bishop of Parramatta Award for Student Excellence, 2018• College Vice Captain, Gilroy College, 2018• High Academic Achiever, Gilroy College, 2018• HSC All-Rounder, Gilroy College, 2018• Lions Youth of the Year, Lions Club, 2018• Debator of the Year, Gilroy College, 2017
