About Francesca Marangoni

Despite my literature background, I have developed a very good experience in the organisation of events and project management in general. I'm naturally inclined towards interpersonal relationships and I like having new job challenges. As confirmed by my experience, I am good at coordinating, trouble shooting and having things done. My attitude is practical and proactive and I feel at ease both working alone and in team. I'm familiar with computers and skilled in the whole Office package. Moreover, even though I don't have any specific IT competencies, I've been a database content manager for years and I have good understanding of IT aspects. I'm great at thinking outside the box, foreseeing consequences and finding the best way to resolve issues. My experience of managing both web and database projects allows me to foresee technical issues and therefore actively participate in the analysis phase.I have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken, and I am proficient in German too. My basic French and Spanish are always useful during my travels.I'm optimistic by nature which is very useful in keeping everything under control and not losing sight of the objectives!Specialties: Event organisation, project management and co-ordination, e-learning, database content management, training, education, communication.
