Project : Pertamina RDMP Refinery Unit V Balikpapan (PMC)This project is the expansion of existing Pertamina RU V Balikpapan. The aim of this project is to upgrade the refinery capacity from 260 MBSD to 360 MBSD and producing diesel with Euro V standard. To achieve this upgrade, existing facilities need to be revamped and new units need to be installed (ISBL and OSBL). Main Responsibilities:• Review and tabulate catalyst consumption • Review method statement and calculation for steam blowing• Review control narrative• Review piping isometrics• Analyze the alternative of steam blowing such as hydro jetting and air blowing to reduce the cost• Carry out fault tree analysis (FTA) of fire case and equipment trip• Participate in system mechanical completion (SMC) walkdown and management walkthrough• Witness loop test and function test• Inspect equipment’s preservation methods• Inspect installed equipment along with licensors• Understanding various types of welding, equipment/piping materials, and piping insulation• Trained in working at height and confined space entry

Project : bp Tangguh Ubadari, EGR/CCUS, CO2 Compression (UCC) Onshore FEEDThis carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS) project covers CO2 and hydrocarbon compressing unit alongside with ~170 MW combined-cycle power plant and associated utilities. This project will significantly reduce Tangguh LNG's carbon footprint through CO2 sequestration.Main Responsibilities:• Review and develop process drawings such as P&ID, PFD, PSFD, UFD and DPDT diagram• Prepare line list, equipment list, and instrument process data sheet• Prepare safety related deliverables such as cause and effect matrix, high pressure/low pressure (HP/LP) interface, and safety related devices (SRD) register• Prepare process philosophy• Prepare study report for flare, vent, and wastewater treatment• Prepare utility consumption list• Prepare relief and overpressure dossier (ROPD)• Conduct process simulation with Aspen HYSYS• Carry out blowdown calculation, settle out pressure, and restricted orifice sizing with HYSYS Depressuring Utility and HYSYS BLOWDOWN Utility• Carry out flare and vent system modelling with Aspen Flare System Analyzer (FLARENET)• Carry out relief valve sizing• Review plant and piping 3D models with Navisworks• Conduct equipment sizing, line sizing, hydraulics, and utility calculation• Attend HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA workshop• Prepare HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA closeout report• Prepare punchlist for EPCI contractor• Familiar with code and standard such as API, GPSA, and BP's engineering/technical practice
