Tech Support Manager
Current- Management of the technical support team and teams of subcontracted installers
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software, mainly Salesforce
- Development and versioning of computer tools, to standardize and automate processes, drastically reducing the time required and human error: - VBA plugin, for Excel, to generate detailed quotes; - Stock management.
- Design and review of internal procedures, documentation and implementation by the entire team
- Creation of documents for consultation and knowledge sharing: - Checklist for site surveys; - Detailed manuals for installers and end customers; - Technical and commercial training of employees, distributors and end.
- English to Portuguese translations of technical documentation, websites, catalogs, computer programs and mobile applications
