Under the direction of the Director of New Student Orientation and Family Programs I manage components of our 14 overnight and 4 transfer/non-traditional students.Collaborate with faculty and staff from over 100 departments to ensure a high quality experience for our guests.These programs welcome and engage over 6000 incoming students and over 2000 family members each year.I also supervise and train our graduate and undergraduate staff (total of over 60 staff members)

Under the direction of the Residential Dean I co-supervised 25 resident assistants and was responsible for coordinating and overseeing student programming, creating learning outcomes and assessment tools, advising residential student government and served as conduct hearing officer.I also worked with various outreach programs (The Student Promoted Access Center for Educational Services, The Office of Academic Support and Educational Services and Academic Connections) to promote access and support for students from under-served backgrounds.Served on the 10 year anniversary committee for Sixth College which was responsible for various programs and events including a program headlined by Conan O'Brien.

Under Direction of the Associate Dean of Student Affairs I upheld and enforced the student conduct code during one on one meetings with students who were alleged to have violated the student conduct code. During these meetings I advised students about decision making and the impact of their behavior on the USC Community and referred students in crisis to appropriate university offices for additional counseling and advising.

Under the direction of the Resident Director I oversaw a building of 670 students, supervised a staff of 11 resident assistants and managed a budget of $14,000.In addition, I worked with faculty and staff to create intentional living and learning communities. I also advised our residential student government and hired, trained and supervised a group of 16 desk attendants.
