Leading the Agribusiness Innovation Center (AIC), Tanzania's only early stage agri business incubator and business advisory program. Within six months, led the incubator to generating revenue and preparing organization to scale through the development of an agri fund.The AIC is a unit of the Private Agricultural Sector Support (PASS) Trust, a DANIDA funded entity focused on growing Tanzanian commercial agriculture and agri-businesses through access to finance initiatives such as loan guarantees. The AIC has a business model to be largely financially self sufficient in five years through the provision of royalty agreements and fee for service products.Revenue Generation- Designed and implemented new AIC business model that led to the realization of revenue for the first time in its in its 2 year history and developed five-year strategic plan that would lead to AIC financial sustainability.Management- Instituted new procedures and engagement strategies that increased staff productivity, reduced client response time and grew client pipeline 2x+ within 5 months.
