Lead program design, implementation, and management as well as oversees activity monitoring and reporting. As Director of Programs, I manage the program team that implements the activities and subawards and oversees the day-to-day collaboration with partners and stakeholders across Liberia for the implementation of DI programs in Liberia. I also lead capacity building activities with local partners.

Develop policies and programs to strengthen citizens’ participation in governance and coordinate the affairs of all Mayors and local government officials in Liberia.Develop capacity building programs for employees and co-coordinate the World Bank Group-funded Solid Waste Management project (CLUS) for the cities of Monrovia, Paynesville and Brewerville and nine townships, as Local Project Specialist in the Mayor Office.Serve as Chief Diplomat for the City of Monrovia.

Coordinated and supported member organizations within the Western and Central Africa region, with the external role of increasing the credibility of their work with institutions and donors while internally facilitating exchange of knowledge, resources and ensure productive communication.Lunched West and Central Africa Regional Coordination Structure in Abuja, Nigeria on August 1, 2017 with meeting with ECOWAS, EU Delegation to ECOWAS & Nigeria, Search for Common Ground, and World Bank-Nigeria.Established a Regional Youth and Stakeholders Dialogue Platform known as the Africa Youth Advocacy Group (A-YAT) to pay advocacy mission the AU in the summer as we have done with the UN and EU to influence youth-driven policies.

Administrative head of the organization. Coordinated and supervised the day-to-day activities of the organization and provided strategic leadership and direction for the organization of over 300 members and 8 staff. Reported to the Board of Directors. Built the Center for Peacebuilding and Research and trained more than 500 youths and students in peacebuilding, conflict management and resolution, organizational leadership, advocacy and community services. Provided technical support to the West African Examination Council for administration of the national exams in Liberia.

My duty as an external monitor is to visit examination centers in Liberia during the administering of the country's national exams for nine and 12 graders, and assess conditions surrounding the exams (both physical and technical). My responsibility also involves assessing the relation between students and examiners, conduct of school administrators especially those who are using their campuses for the exams, seize any materials that are considered foreign objects to the exams, and when necessary; invite security officers to arrest perpetrators of examinations fraud. After the exams, I prepare and submit comprehensive report to the Council and stakeholders on best practices, fraud cases, challenges, and recommendations on improving not just the examinations, but the entire education system of the country.

Developed policies on career awareness and education in Liberia.Worked with government agencies and partners in building a career pathway systems for Liberian youth and students.Coordinated the affairs of the organization in Liberia and report to the Board of Directors, the Chicago Global Health Alliance, Northern Illinois University’s Edsyetem, and others.Formulated programs for training of career counselors and advisers in high schools and built a resource/research center or technology center where students/youth can get career opportunities and advisement by interacting with successful professionals from both home and abroad.

Formulated youth and gender related programs for the Foundation. Mapped and integrated youth organizations into the Foundation's programs and supervised the activities of partnering organizations with the Foundation. Mentored nine youth organizations and helped develop their policies and strategies. Attended and reported on all policy related conferences for the Foundation. I reported directly to the Executive Director.
