After amassing more than 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, Leigh found herself craving more from her business experience. She is now taking a pay-it-forward approach guiding other entrepreneurs to success as the founder and CEO of Focus Forward Business Design. Leigh and her five employees run both of her current companies, the other being Boise’s Best Real Estate which she has owned and operated since 2001. Of late, she is geared towards teaching online classes in personal development, 1:1 coaching, group coaching, keeping her blog and podcast active with great material to help entrepreneurs at any level improve their lives, all stemming from science based coaching curriculum. Leigh started out as a gymnast where her unparalleled tenacity first came to light as she competed to an elite level. Leveraging this same tenacity beyond her gymnast years, she continued to educate herself in both personal and professional development opportunities to grow her business. Through her education, she discovered her true desire to help others reach their goals and live their dream life as she knew the intricate challenges of starting from scratch. This is how her coaching company, Focus Forward Business Design, came to be. In 2016, Leigh was honored with the Women and Children's Alliance "Tribute to Women and Industry" award "which honors women who have excelled in their fields and made significant contributions to industry in executive, managerial and professional roles." She is a “Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher and Speaker” as well as a “Certified High-Performance Coach”. Leigh holds a bachelor’s degree in Education & Business from Boise State University, 1987, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Leigh credits her success to hard work, determination, self-development, and continued pursuit of excellence. She is looking forward to connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
