Experienced business leader and co-founder of United Technology Group (UTG), a technology managed services provider launched in 2004 and acquired by VSS/Coretelligent in 2019. Over 15+ years, I helped UTG grow from a startup to a team of 50+ employees, managing all aspects of operations, HR, finance, sales, and marketing. For the five years leading up to acquisition, we operated on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), with me serving as Visionary and then transitioning to the Integrator role in the final 18 months to drive operational alignment and efficiency.In 2020, I launched FocusTrac, where I serve as a Fractional Integrator for companies leveraging EOS, often taking on COO or CRO responsibilities to meet client needs.
