• Ensured network availability to the company’s enterprise customers spread throughout thecountry. This was achieved through proactive monitoring of 3 key network services provided;internet, MPLS and point to point networks.• Performed troubleshooting and repair of network faults on network nodes to conform to strictadherence of compliance, as defined within the service level agreements.• Worked with the CSS team to ensure closure of tickets within stipulated SLAs.

The program is a public-private partnership that aims to develop the IT talent pool in Kenya. Presidential Digital Talent Program (PDTP) focuses on two key aspects:1. Leadership development, where it aims to develop ICT government leaders by inculcating in them ICT business principles to effectively run ICT structures.2. ICT technical capacity development through exposure to the technical aspects of ICT in both public and private sector.As the team leader of my deployment station, I was able to ensure that any matter pertaining to the members was expedited with the urgency it deserves. This included the resolution of payroll issues by ensuring the attendance sheets are submitted to the authority within the stipulated times.
