Partner with business customers on key human resources initiatives including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employee development, coaching and training. Participate in performance management activities, compensation processes and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate resources. Ensure adherence to human resource policies, procedures and compliance with law.

In my position of Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator, I am responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, employee appreciation event planning, payroll verification, benefit education, state and federal law compliance, personnel file maintenance and retention, and assisting management in any way possible to be the best manager they can.
