Hr Ops Specialist
Current- Work closely with HRBP’s to process full cycle involuntary/voluntary terminations for US employees.- Provide termination paperwork to exiting employees and partners with payroll, stock, and IT on offboarding tasks. - Provide support on various projects which includes data gathering, data audit, reporting, corporate communications, and compliance- Initiate and maintain global HR business processes (i.e. new hires, internal transfers, terminations, contingent workers, salary adjustments, work location changes) in core HCM (Workday and ADP), while ensuring proper approvals are collected and employee letters are generated, as needed- Audit all job and compensation changes, new hire data, termination data, and offer letter details in ADP, Workday, and Lever for data submission to Payroll in accordance with SOX compliance- Responsible for employment verifications, EDD benefit audits, multi-state unemployment insurance claims, US I9 verification, and other governmental agency requests- Handle/process all US HR mail for the company. This includes processing UI claims, LOA audits, etc.- HR Super buyer for our procure to pay system - Coupa- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and support other functions as assigned
