As CTO I have headed product and engineering for a startup and post-IPO delivering and supporting enterprise solutions for UPS, Singapore Post, Australia Post, Microsoft, Cisco. I have led a product development consultancy with over 40 engineers and designers, developing and delivering over 200 programs to market, recognized with 11 Australian Good Design Awards. I have extensive operational experience, from starting a company in Singapore and building a stand-alone team with organizational infrastructure including legal and accounting, to implementing medical quality design processes in a consultancy, to building internal process automations streamlining global practices for >10,000 engineers.
