I was born and raised in the Twin Cities Metro Area. I spent my youth in New Hope, where I enjoyed year round sports, as well as, my summers at my family’s cabin in the Brainerd Lakes area. I went on to attend Gustavus Adolphus College in St Peter, MN. While there, I studied Financial Economics, played on the hockey team, and earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989. I am the father of a wonderful 13 year old boy. I returned to New Hope in 2003 and make my home a few blocks away from the house I grew up in. My passion for finance and my compassion for people drive me to serve not only individuals, but the small business owner as well.
