One of my favorite things to do is educate people on Technology. Explaining it and making people excited about it, like I am, is great. I would say the largest contributor to customer service and their satisfaction, isn't the speed at which issues or requests are done, but how respected they are as a person. That you bring them in on what's going on, a peek behind the curtain, and what they can do to help their peers and IT.It creates this environment of collaboration, and reaffirms that it's not department vs. technology/IT. We're all on the same team.
