 Design climate & HVAC system for automotive projects as project engineer, give ventilation solution for vehicles. Responsible for HVAC structure design and ventilation duct routing design, to achieve sufficient air flow & comfortable temperature tuning at design stage by utilizing CFD and programming tools.  Responsible for climate system control logic design, give different control logic & strategy regarding different countries & regions in consideration of the climate differences.  Guarantee EMC performance for the electronic parts of climate system, ensure the functionality of electronic parts at severe operation conditions. Review PCB & circuit of vendors’ products, write specific requirement regarding both mechanical and electronic performance.  Write source request and review vendor’s capability at bidding. Collect users’ operation information of the vehicle climate control system and proceed big data analysis so as to find customer’s preference with the climate system setting, and to make update to the logic software to improve customers’ experience.
