· Research and draft all pertinent department updates · Communicate these updates clearly and effectively via Word report, talking points and PowerPoint· Identify accomplishments, barriers and risk mitigation strategies and highlight appropriately· Coordinate with HR to receive updated promotion/new hire list and amend distribution lists· Work with leadership admins to schedule quarterly and 5x/year forum series· Work with Ass.
