As a Media Services Technician at Michigan State University (MSU), I have over seven years of experience in providing high-quality IT and AV support services for various academic and administrative functions. I have successfully led and managed multiple projects involving the installation, upgrade, and integration of classroom and conference room technology, as well as facilitating the transition to a hybrid teaching campus at MSU.I am passionate about applying my technical skills and knowledge to enhance the experience students, faculty, and staff all have with technology. I have a strong background in AV support, IT service management, and cybersecurity. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals in my field.
