Lead entire HCI/HCE UX Design/product/project teams(including developing and leading TPO's and Junior Product associates & Designers) through development, engineering, product, design and marketing professionals in all phases of custom product solutions delivery (from requirements gathering through build, test phases, QA, launch and support) for Industrial and Manufacturing clients.

Main responsibilities are to support the Intelligrated WES team and directly with other product owners, system engineers, PM’s, developers, leaders, and customers to define features and technical user stories. - Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users, stakeholders, and technical delivery team - Drive and own backlog grooming and management, prioritize the iteration and drive acceptance testing and delivery- Guides developers through the agile process to determine best practices while delivering results to key product owners/client contacts- Take responsibility for the development of ongoing enhancements, create and prioritize user stories with the Scrum team using JIRA/Confluence- Review data/process flow diagrams and documentation as required, participate in discussions to elicit requirements using approved business analysis techniques (interviews, document analysis, working sessions, documented business processes, and market intelligence)

Main responsibilities are to support the Business Development team on identifying credible leads, selling, closing deals, and maintaining and expanding existing partnerships with our customers. Facilitating change management with BCM team to ensure client deadlines and projects are met. Work closely with Solutions senior leadership to ensure reporting and SalesForce environments are maintained and optimized. Implement onsite WMS system with on the floor users, and train site leadership utilizing RedPrairie. Institute Dev. changes per client feedback and implementation improvements. - Performs market research to gather information that will further advance DSV’s position in the marketplace, including analysis of competitors, market conditions, and potential and current users of third-party logistics - Provide market analysis within specific verticals, enabling identification of business opportunities, data and guides to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process- Guides developers through the agile process to determine best practices while delivering results to key product owners/client contacts- Coordinates global marketing efforts including developing and providing case studies and presentation material in support of the sales process, and developing marketing and lead generation campaigns

Assisted Customer Care Ops Team as well as The Customer Experience. Responsible for maintaining fluid reporting and ad hoc data requests from internal and external customers. Handled determining business needs based on volume, report distribution, as well as newer potential tools and software for Care agents.- Created analytical reports for senior management to determine LOB volume as well as category utilization.- Assisted in providing the proper reporting measurement tools to ensure optimal business performance.- Maintained UAT Team to improve User Testing, new software implementation, as well as Agent development opportunities.
