• Sustain all testing equipment responsible for acquiring Z meter, AC resistance, and delta T measurements on micro-thermoelectric modules and thermoelectric heat pumps. • Assist in the development of test applications using languages such as VB.NET, VBA, and LabVIEW.• Collaborate with engineering team members for ongoing test projects and discuss plans and designs for future projects. • Monitor automation tool performance to quickly detect, troubleshoot, and fix issues. • Perform statistical analysis on device yields and characterization data using JMP and Excel.• Work directly with equipment suppliers to identify shortcomings; propose and evaluate hardware modification to mitigate issues. • Perform Gage R&R studies and T-Tests to validate new testing equipment.• Supervise and train test technicians/operators.

• Assisted Dr. James Sherman with the operation, maintenance, and data acquisition of Appalachian State’s aerosol monitoring facility, which serves as an official NOAA Federated Aerosol Network Site.
