Collaborate and strategize with Project Managers, Design and Build partners, IT QA and UAT, and the Lines of Business to gather, implement, and facilitate report business requirements throughout the project or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for GSE external reporting that is delivered to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.Interact with applicable systems administrators, IT Design and Build, UAT, Risk Validation, and Project Managers to ensure adherence with scope management, change request management (Change Control) and solution definition for projects.Act as a liaison between various lines of business and the IT project team to ensure timely delivery of reporting to external regulatory agencies, i.e., FNMA (Fannie Mae) and FHLMC (Freddie Mac).Work with IT business partners and data stewards to help solution sources and mappings of data elements requested by the lines of business for each new project intake.Track progress of error resolution, assist in research and perform data analysis to present findings to all levels of leadership within the company.Perform trending analysis on HAMP, Short Sale, Streamline, and Standard Mods that are serviced by Freddie Mac by monitoring loans that pass/fail internal edit checks.
