CQ Insulation, Inc. is a leading building insulation contractor providing customers with insulation, fireproofing, and division 10 specialties in new construction of multi-family, residential and large commercial projects.Responsibilities Include:- Developing new and maintaining existing customer relationships with General Contractors, Subcontractor Partners and Developers.- Estimating footage and material/labor costs for large commercial construction projects to generate bid proposals- Utilize Microsoft Excel and bid software to generate detailed, job-specific proposals- Communicate daily with customers for bidding, production, and collection of receivables- Participate in sales, training, and jobsite meetings with various size groups (both customer & representatives)- Manage confidential matters related to customers, pricing, and programs in a professional manner- Work independently to make decisions of importance related to marketing, purchasing and pricing

- Generated new National Accounts and managed national brands (retail and restaurant) located throughout the country. Customers included companies such as Chipotle, Wendy's, Ann Taylor, Forever 21, H&M, Under Armour and A'Gaci- Maintained communication with national brands, their Architects and Designers, and their General Contractors- Managed a very diverse and extensive product and service package that was catered to each potential client- Organized and managed multiple projects among accounts and prospects that included discussing detailed proposals, orders, agreements and new designs in details. - Reviewed blueprints and drawings for new opportunities to leverage product and service offerings
