The plan incorporates potential changes in legislation, how to serve its members in a time of great change and uncertainty and how to increase its impact and value to the community. In 2011, completed a comprehensive review and refresh of the strategic growth plan, aligned organization to a new five year vision and completed an initiative to launch new growth strategies, effectively transforming the firm from a single service line, geographically based firm to a multi-service line firm.
