Hello,My name is Stacy Foster. I have more than 16 years of experience in the PBM industry in three different roles critical to quality, problem resolution and customer satisfaction.My initial two roles were focused on working with pharmacists and front line member facing specialists to fix and expedite more than 5,000 orders each year. For the past four years, I have been an HR Operations Senior Representative in the Human Resources Ask HR team. My primary responsibility is to resolve payroll and employee relations inquiries for more than 27,000 employees world-wide. I possess strong Workday System skills and knowledge and individually manage over 600 tasks each month. I am best known for re-engineering the non-compete process. Working cross-functionally within the organization, I reduced end to end turnaround time from 1 month to less than one week. By doing so, we also reduced the number of open cases at any given time. Whatever role I am in, I am honest, hard- working and a passionate team player. My performance metrics are consistently in the top 10% because I genuinely care about resolving employee and customer issues quickly and efficiently. At this time, my future plans are to continue within HR. I would like to identify a Benefit Management or Employee Relations position that leverages my accumulated PBM knowledge and experience.
