Construction Consultant, 3-D Modeler and Preliminary Designer of several renovation, new construction and real estate development projects. Services in computer drafting and 3D rendering as well as knowledge in construction processes and best practices were provided in the preliminary planning and funding phases of these projects. Consultation including cost analysis, budgeting, value engineering and scheduling continued throughout the life cycle of the projects. Hired in a Lean Management Coordinator function to provide direction and guidance to a team of 6+ employees selected from different divisions of the company for the purpose of implementing lean manufacturing practices. Duties included observation of manufacturing processes, collecting real time data and performing analysis through value stream mapping to identify waste (muda) in the areas of transportation, inventory, motion, wait-time, overproduction, over processing and defects. Project Manager of various improvement projects at the McCollum Airport in Kennesaw, GA with the capstone being the Corporate Row hangar development. This $7M privately funded project included the development of a 6 acre tract, erection of 100,000 SF of hangar space, and a 5,000 SF interior office build-out for the flight department of a FORTUNE 500 company. Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager of a portfolio of commercial development projects ranging from $1- $5M.  Projects were successfully navigated from the initiation and planning process through to the closing process and executed with increased operational/fiscal efficiency. Responsibilities included estimations (takeoffs), bid creations, scheduling and contract management, subcontractor management and change order management functions. Personally implemented a soft system which tracked critical information in regards to scope, time, and cost management.

Provided direction and guidance to special interest students in the Department of Education of the State of Hawaii helping them develop and retain key life skills and reporting their progress and achievements to parents, teachers, and counselors.

Assisted the Director in managing the usage and maintenance of university property by creating schedules, monitoring usage and assigning ownership. Converted existing CADD files of campus facilities to 3D models using Revitt. Also moonlighted for the director, a licensed architect, drafting construction plans for a multi-family residence built near the university.
