Growing up, I was in awe at how likeable my father and grandfather were. They always went the extra mile for clients from remembering children’s names and birthdays to taking 3 buses just to make a sale. They had this grit and competitiveness – and maybe some French stubbornness too. I spent majority of my childhood playing travel softball and AAU basketball, among other competitive team sports. I knew I wanted to go into the business world like the Fourniers before me, but I was always more comfortable being a partner and creative mastermind behind the scenes. I love writing and content and wanted to find a way to be an extension of sales. The last 13 years, I’ve worked hard to make marketing and sales a team sport – from strategy down to execution. I’ve been fortunate to work for amazing companies in my career that also recognize the importance and have given me unparalleled support and opportunity. I’m currently the Marketing Director for ARCO/Murray, providing marketing and sales enablement strategies for the National Tenant Solutions division, as well as the Minneapolis and Milwaukee offices. Every day, I get to work with our brilliant engineers, leaders and sales directors, finding creative ways to promote projects and explain the value of our design-build process. I also love tapping into my competitive spirit, working hand-in-hand with sales to find, nurture and convert leads. I’m proud to bleed blue for a ‘Top 3 U.S. Design-Builder’ (ENR), ‘#1 General Contractor in Chicago’ (NAIOP) and recipient of multiple Great Place to Work awards.
