As a Safety Supervisor my biggest responsibility is to do everything in my power to ensure everyone returns home safe. I tour job sites looking for and correcting any unsafe condition. I also provide a support for any employee that has a concern. I develop and lead Safety Teams, as well as host weekly safety meetings. As a Case Manager I administer first.

I was responsible for the safety of my co-workers, production, creating a good relationship with all the contractors, and bringing the job to a close under budget. Safety was and still is my top priority. My main goal was to insure that everyone went home the same way they came. I also had to keep production high while maintaining quality work.
