Reiki/energy healing as well as mediumship services are available currently. I will be adding more modalities in the near future as I finish training courses.

-Escorting patients to exam rooms, taking patient histories, and carefully documenting in patient’s chart.-Assisting physician(s) in exam rooms with nail care.-Removing sutures, casts, pins, and surgical bandages as needed. -Taking radiographs of the foot and ankle.-Triaging patient calls, scheduling MRI's, surgeries, and any other testing directed by physicians.-Educating and giving instructions to patients as instructed by physicians.-Keeping exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintaining instruments, by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilization as required.-Assisting physicians with in-office surgeries while creating and maintaining sterile surgical fields and cleaning up after with proper biohazard protocols.-Fitting and assisting patients select proper DME such as footwear, braces, and orthoses. -Taking telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls.-Promoting infection prevention by complying with all policies for hand hygiene, environmental cleanliness and appropriate storage.-Sharing responsiblity for autoclave, sanitizing and sterilization of equipment.-Following HIPAA guidelines to ensure proper confidentiality guidelines are followed for patient's privacy.

-Accurately book, change, and cancel appointments utilizing scheduling software.- Coordinating flow between clients and massage therapists.- Administrative tasks including data entry of client intake forms.- Process payments for services and gift cards.- Properly open and close the center according to operating procedures.- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of lobby, office, common areas, treatment rooms, and restrooms.- Daily cleaning.- Various other tasks assigned by Management.

-Utilizing ophthalmic techniques, performs the preliminary work-up of patients, including but not limited to: verifying medical histories, documenting patient's reason for visit, measuring patients vision with auto refractors and other devices, measuring patient's eye pressure, and instilling eye drops.-Assisting the physician(s) during the patient exam, and documenting patient encounter in patient’s electronic medical record (EMR), as communicated by the physician.-Using accurate procedure and diagnosis codes for performed procedures-Educating patients on available co-pay assistance programs and obtaining signatures for such programs-traveling to partner offices in Gaylord and Petoskey to assist with daily duties as needed by management

-Interacting with local and tourist customers daily to help them select desired footwear, utilizing active listening-Maintaining a strong customer base bt providing personalized product guidance, resolving issues, and following up on purchases to local customers. -Driving sales by upselling products based on customer's past purchases for unforeseen requirements for their desired activity expressed while shopping. -Assisting with marketing efforts by inviting customers to future specials and store events.-Proactively performing daily duties, including, but not limited to: stocking, creating merchandise displays, pricing marking items on sale, inventory control, and processing transactions.-Providing comprehensive follow-up and addressing customer concerns by reaching out to merchandise vendors for more information.-Continuing training and education through brand informational meetings/clinics.-Assisting training new hires on store sales techniques, daily duties, and locating merchandise in storage rooms for quick customer service.

-Assisting company owner and lead gardener in the maintenance of numerous esteemed clients properties with respect and privacy across multiple counties in Northern Michigan.
--Planting and being knowledgeable about varying flowers, shrubs, bushes, herbs, vegetables and how they interact with each other and their requirements for success.
-Transplanting, watering, pruning, raking, hauling large potted plants, weed/invasive plant maintaince, pest control, and removal of plant waste.
--Harvesting and maintaining vegetable/herb gardens for clients consumption.
-Creating seasonal planters and bouquets for clients.
