Product: I built a fully staffed product management team to help manage the development of the Genius platform. The team consists of a veteran product leader (20+ years) and several more junior product leaders.Engineering: I built up a world class engineering team comprised of multiple disciplines from various professional backgrounds.

Develop Windows client software for Laser Ultrasound scanning. This technology is used to scan composite materials for defects produced at the Lockheed Martin Aero production in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsible for managing all technical aspects for Forever Interactive, LLC. Includes IT systems, game development, software design, and programming. Led my team, using the Heroengine product, in developing a game demo for Infernal World. We developed game systems and helped establish the content pipeline.
