GKN plc is a $5 billion, publicly held industrial company headquartered in the U.K. GKN Sinter Metals is the world's largest manufacturer of sintered metal parts for automotive and industrial applications.1) As Chief Financial Officer of GKN Sinter Metals, member of an eight-person senior executive team that managed growth of the division from sales of $500 million and 20 plants, to sales of $850 million and 35 plants over four years.2) Led the mergers & acquisitions teams for GKN Sinter Metals that acquired 16 companies in six countries, with responsibilities including market analysis, acquisition candidate sourcing, analysis and valuation, managing due diligence, acting as primary negotiator, and managing post-closing integration.

JPE was a publicly held, $300 million Tier One Automotive supplier with 6 operating subsidiaries in the U.S.1) As Vice President of Corporate Development, led the acquisition of 8 businesses over 3 years, increasing the revenue of JPE from $60 million to $300 million.2) On two separate occasions, held the position of Plant Controller for two troubled Tier One automotive suppliers, leading the day-to-day financial activities of each plant, and co-led the turnaround of each.
