-Respond and manage new requests from providers who want to join the Sana “network,”negotiate contracts to a satisfactory resolution, and transfer the correct information to ourinternal and external databases-Assist with network analyses and support strategic network expansion through proactiveoutreach to target providers-Identify and develop ways to improve our provider contracting workflows and technology-Collaborate with network and repricing partners to build and maintain efficient operations-Support the audit and maintenance of provider-facing materials, internal resources, contracttemplates, and marketing materials.

-Identify and develop ways to improve our access issue resolution strategy, as well as manage the access escalation process-Work collaboratively with network and repricing partners to build and maintain efficient operations-Give feedback to the product team about provider access issues so they can design better experiences-Foster professional and positive relationships with providers whether related to an access issue, contract negotiation, or general inquiry
