About Fatima Ramos

A Virtual Assistant to entrepreneurs. I want to help and make the lives of entrepreneurs and professionals manageable through my strategy skills. In 2016, I graduated from the University of the Philippines Baguio. I graduated with a degree of BA in Social Sciences.I am a career shifter from the Customer Service Industry to the Freelancing World. I have 3+ experience in the industry. I know I am no expert yet in the industry and still have much room for learning and improvement. However, my learnings from this industry are crucial to me. In terms of my career journey, I started as a small business owner. My brother and I managed a food business. We were able to branch out up to 2 branches and tried to co-manage it. It went well for almost 2- years.After that, my career shifted in the BPO industry but was still relevant to the customer service industry. I worked in the Teletech Philippines as a Customer Service Representative for more than a year.Now, I am venturing out in the freelancing industry, and I am looking forward to meeting and working with you soon.
