Responsible to collect and compile all the data obtained during the site survey or data obtained from the transmission engineer and combine the path and site survey reports. Finalize the power engineering (AC, DC, and GND), waveguide requirements, antenna requirements and the field OEM requirements. Create and finalize the installation specification which will be sent to the field crew to explain how the system is supposed to work and details the installation guidelines. Prepare the field test plan, which defines the test guidelines on the equipment, the cutover plan, which details the guidelines on how to cutover the traffic on a specific site and/or hop.

Directly responsible for all technical aspects of a project, proposal through field commissioning. Generates field installation/cut-over specifications, procures in-house installation hardware and test equipment, in order to support field installation / test /cutover schedules. Interfaces with customers’ engineering staff on scheduled basis to discuss progress and changes, including on-site meetings with customers to give and obtain sales order/proposal information in detailing system/site specifications. Conducts site surveys, designs and develops layouts/schematics for floor plans, transmission lines, site locations, interface wiring, and associated site work, during proposal and post sale phases. • Reply to RFQ’s and proposals and ensure that terms and conditions are covered. • Write SOW for the customer• Write SOW for the subcontractors• Evaluate subcontractor bids• Attend Sales Order Acknowledgement meeting.• Perform site surveys as required to gather field data• Make changes to order in the system as required and ensure order values matched.• Order FOEM• Create test plans and test procedures as required• Follow up with factory on ship-dates improvement.• Follow up on order issues • Liaise with customer and schedule installation activities• Attend weekly/bi-weekly conference calls with customer to resolve order issues.• Resolve installation issues.• Generate fields change orders.• Generate Field Acceptance documents
