Providing support and professional consulting services to Tilgin world-wide customers for all Tilgin products. Working closely with customers, vendors, and partners, as well as internal Development & Sales organizations. Also joining pre-sales activities including handling of new prospects and leads. The job includes the activities below;- Providing support for pre-sales, after-sales, ongoing support activities as well as product development- Analyzing customers’ needs and suggest the best solution- Linux OS management- Database setup and management- Technical support of Tilgin ACS product based on Linux OS- Data reporting from ACS database- Providing consultancy services to customers for developing own applications based ACS API- Preparing environment to trial customers for Tilgin products (ACS, CPE units)- Preparing virtulization solutions for test setup- Assisting customers/partners to configure CPE and troubleshooting on CPE for SW/HW problems- Working with RnD to solve problems, fulfill customers’ new requests and improve product- Working closely, sometimes on-site with customers- Good relationship and excellent communication with customers, partners, other vendors as well as colleagues

Working in the project with Tilgin as a partner in Turkey, especially for Turk TelekomThe job includes the activities below;- Management of residential gateway via Tilgin AutoConfigurationServer (VCM/tGem) based on BBF (TR-069/TR-098) standards- SQL reporting from ACS DB- Maintenance of ACS server which working on Linux (SuseEnterprise, Centos, RedHat)- Tracking ACS(Tilgin VCM) Servers Performance and Operations- Troubleshooting CPE(Tilgin HG) SW/HW Problems, subscriber issues and providing necessary fixes- Reporting Problems to Tilgin Developers, and following-up for development- Providing training and test workshops for TT field support engineers, technicians- Leading Datateknik field engineers and technicians who provide technical support to TurkTelekom overall Turkey- Heading and coordinating field technicians in each TT operational region overall Turkey

Responsible to keep updated web pages and applications of Police Foundation and shareholding companies, as well as to supply IT needs of the company.
