As Anti-Financial Crime Specialist and PMO, I support the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering units in the coordination and implementation of the activities arisen following the acquisition by ISP Group of two financial boutiques located in Switzerland and Luxembourg. In particular, my main activities are focused on the coordination and monitoring of the activities envisaged by the post-merger action plan of the two entities, liaising with the Private Banking Division of ISP Group and with the Swiss and Luxembourgish supervisory authorithies (FINMA and CSSF), with a particular focus on the Anti-Financial Crime topics.Main Activities:- Consolidation of the post-merger action plans, scheduling of the detailed milestones and deadlines and monitoring the implementation of the remediation activities- Scheduling and monitoring the action plans arisen from the inspections performed by the local Supervisory Authorities- Drafting the policies, procedures and functional documents for the implementation of the Transactions Monitoring model aligned with the ISP Group and local Supervisory Authorities' requirements- Drafting the policies and procedures and created a dedicated dashboard for the monitoring of the Cross-Border Risk- Liaising with all the relevant stakeholders involved in the acquisition of the two entities, including local Supervisory Authorities, ISP top management (Chief Compliance Officer, Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo and of the Private Banking Division) and other controls functions (Internal Audit and Risk Management), creating specific reporting and dashboards- Carrying out a specific due diligence , focused on the compliance and anti-financial crime topics, for the acquisition of an additional Swiss financial boutique

Supported the CCO Area structures of Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the coordination of the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering units for the Italian and Foreign Subsidiaries, liaising with risk management, internal audit control functions to address compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.Main activities:• Definition and execution of action plans to respond to audit findings and compliance violations• Reports drafting outlining findings and recommendations from compliance controls activities in the Consumer and Investor Protection areas• Identification of potential areas of compliance vulnerability to develop and implement corrective action plans• Support in the strengthening of the ISP Group's Subsidiaries' Internal Control System by defining and updating the Consumer and Investor Protection areas controls catalogs and monitoring their effective implementation by the Foreign Banks • European regulatory frameworks analysis (such as MiFID II, PSD 2, GDPR, IDD) in the context of Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management areas• Support in the implementation and adaptation of the internal regulatory framework to be aligned with the ESG requirements• Functional analysis for the development of IT tools, defining business requirements and specifications and monitoring their correct implementation• Support in the creation and/or revision of the internal processes and procedures• Coaching and education of Accenture's and ISP Group new joiners
