My impactful work strongly relies on deep data analysis.Starting from a retrospective study of KPIs to understand the current status of the business, I can drive the store performance by capitalizing on the strengths and focusing the efforts on the areas of opportunity, in a constant improvement loop.Clearly communicating the strategy to follow, mentoring the team, and leading it by example day by day to the desired outcome, is what I believe to be the key to achieving positive results year after year. Watching my team reach its full potential and really make a difference is what drives me as a manager.
