Supports the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) in the efficient and effective management of the Graduate Medical Education functions of Riverside Community Hospital (RCH). Works with the VP and DIO to communicate a shared vision for standards, policies, and strategic direction of the Medical Education Department of the Riverside Community Hospital. The Administrative Director will be primarily responsible for reimbursement, finance, human resources, and business related issues relative to Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education Programs. Organizes and provides oversight for the scheduling, education, evaluation and implementation of ongoing processes for the department, and support of individual residency and fellowship programs. Provides leadership role for the communication and day-to-day operational supervision of the department and GME functions. Assists with special projects and reports. Supervises the operations and finance staff engaged in the administration of the GME functions within the Department.
