In this program, you become physically fit and knowledgeable to empower you with the ability to take your health into your own hands, for your wellbeing.Before and after testing using the FDA approved SHAPE cardiopulmonary test.Advance biomarker testing designed to predict your risk of a heart attack or stroke.Each program is supervised by Dr. Morris who is board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine.
