Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems. Currently playing warehouse supervising role. Have been managing our warehouse for the last 4years since my manager left the business. I have been in this supervising role for 18years. My achievement throughout the years in this supervisor role is helping people succeed by coaching and training. And the overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that is successful. I was promoted from warehouse employee to warehouse supervisor. I prepare weekly schedules for 40 - 50 employees and conduct annual performance appraisals. The top five responsibilities I have to shoulder are workflow management, training new employees, creating team schedules, evaluating employee performance and identifying career advancement opportunities. Main focus for me personally is the health and safety and food safety to ensure the safety of our employees while at work and off work. And to ensure the safety of our products before sending them out the door on day-to-day basis with our purpose to delight people every day with food they love.
