I am a hard-working, enthusiastic student who prides myself in being the best I can be personally, academically and professionally, continually looking for ways to develop. I have always had a great interest in sport, having been involved in a range of sports from a young age, most notably rugby, hockey and netball at regional level. I am pursuing my love of sport and helping others through a Physical Education and Coaching degree at University of Gloucestershire while continuing to pursue my love of playing sport having gained a scholarship within the Women's Rugby Union team. I continue to seek voluntary and paid positions within teaching and coaching settings to further enhance my knowledge and add to my ever-expanding skillset. I dream of using my passion for sport to develop children's and young adults' engagement in sport, attitudes towards sport and play a pro-active role in helping them succeed on any journey they want to embark on both on and off the field. I have engaged in many voluntary roles in the past allowing me to self-reflect on my strengths and weaknesses as a coach in order to help me better myself. In addition, I have completed extracurricular activities such as the Bronze and Silver DofE which have allowed me to ascertain a better understanding of my individual and team qualities that I possess. I look forward to developing further and gaining more skills and experience within the sports industry.
