-Taking tenants through the reservation process: Negotiating tenancy terms with the landlord,carrying out referencing, drawing up the Tenancy Agreement and arranging the move-in- Writing weekly blogs for the company website- Answering queries from landlords, tenants and guarantors via both email and phone- Creating property adverts- Following up enquiries and booking in viewings, to convert lettings leads into reservations

During my employment I took on many duties in addition to those within my initial PA role:-Content writing: Writing a considerable amount of copy for the company ranging from propertyadvertisements to investment brochures-Interior Design: Property styling for viewings, and managing interior design projects Givenresponsibility of creating my own design concept for one of our new properties-Finance: Managing our rental payment system, identifying and chasing arrears-Council: The point of contact for Liverpool council, managing council tax applications andexemptions, and property licensing-Utilities: Managing the payment of utility bills and switching onto more competitive tariffs-Completed the RLA Landlords Principles of Lettings qualification

-Operating the till and serving customers in the cafe, assisting them with any queries, dealing with complaints, and processing refunds-Barista trained, as well as trained to cook the hot food orders-Responsible for recording stocks on the Honeywell system, and completing traceability sheets for the food product supplies

-Gained a love for the fast paced environment of a busy restaurant-Given sole responsibility of a section, where I took customers orders, ensured all their needs were met, and that any issues were dealt with immediately and professionally-Accountable for money handling, and managing my own float throughout a shift

-Gaining further service experience in the hotel restaurant-Became practised in working in conferences and events: independently looked after afternoon teas, intimate lunches and dinners, and hen parties, and have also worked as a part of a large team when working at large functions and weddings-Working for a renowned international company I am fully aware of the responsibility that comes with employment under a prestigious firm.
