In my current position as Data Strategy Lead for the University of Arizona’s student-centered CRM initiative, I 1) design and execute education research in the higher education space with a particular focus on identifying interventions for students most at risk of disengagement, and 2) lead program metric development, goal setting, and data quality processes across the initiative.
