• Identify part-time and full-time physician and mid-level provider candidates for client hospitals• Inform and send candidates information regarding hospital location and compensation• Provide detailed information to providers regarding the hospital, compensation plans, malpractice insurance, community facts, and EmCare• Obtain complete file, screen candidate via referencing, and review for qualifications and suitable match for position(s)• Coordinate itinerary for hospital interview and real estate tour for candidates (if requested), including arrangements with hospital administration• Follow up with candidates throughout recruiting process, including offer, negotiations, relocation, contract signing, and the first month of work• Compile compensation survey information and maintain detailed information on hospitals • Develop strong relationships with candidates and hospital administration.• Work with credentialing and scheduling to ensure all credentials of physician are complete and physician is scheduled• Interact with members of the regional team, including the Regional Manager, Regional Chief Operating Officer, and Regional Chief Executive Officer to convey information in a timely manner as needed• Represent EmCare at national conferences and job fairs

• Recruit and interview candidates obtained through sources such as, but not limited to, advertising, networking and the Internet as well as our internal database• Attend trade shows in various locations throughout the country as needed to recruit additional candidates and promote TeamStaff Rx to prospective clients• Respond promptly to incoming candidate leads• Prepare candidates for client interviews; coordinate interviews• Place qualified candidates in hospitals, freestanding centers, universities or equipment manufacturer settings• Negotiate compensation for candidates• Verify candidate’s documentation such as resume, references, licensure, health records, etc are complete prior to the start of a contract as required by Joint Commission and/or the individual facility• Maintain relationship with candidate while on contract to assist with any issues that may arise• Coordinate contract extensions with candidates and account managers• Maintain contact with candidates not actively on contract to track availability and facilitate contracts with pending clients

• Assisted recruiters with candidate profiles by receiving incoming documentation to conduct reference checks on potential new employees and processing resumes for candidate submission to staffing coordinators• File and audit candidate files for appropriate and required documentation• Extensive use of telephone receiving incoming and making outbound phone calls• Source candidates and use persuasive skills to sell candidates on the benefit of becoming a TeamStaff employee• Coordinate with recruiters and staffing coordinators in follow up with candidates to ensure appropriate job match• Assisted in the training of new recruiting assistants• Represented TeamStaff at national conferences and job fairs

• Established homeowner and automobile claim reports from both insured and claimants by gathering all pertinent information.• Responsible for setting appointments for inspections of either home or auto and getting clients into rental vehicles. • Summarized information for claim representatives to follow up on clients as needed.
