This culture will convey the understanding that, while we are responsible for our own actions and choices, we are still interdependent on each other to learn, grow, teach and encourage. I will foster this concept by learning about and understanding the needs of others in order to support their success, using this information to educate and provide tools in order for them to make well-informed choices for their path in life. I will clearly communicate that good health is part of this path. I will portray vibrant health by example not as an end destination, but as a dynamic process of obtaining nutrients that are used to live. This portrayal will demonstrate that true nutrition when combined with exercise, and stress reduction will bring about a state of physical as well as mental well being that provides the foundation to achieve goals and cultivate value, fulfillment, and joy in pursuing life.
