Frances Owen is Senior Communications Associate at the Electric Power Supply Association, a trade association in Washington, D.C. which represents America's competitive power suppliers. She is producer of EPSA's "Energy Solutions" podcast, which can be found on all major streaming platforms. As well as managing EPSA's social media platforms, she drafts, publishes, and promotes a blog series on EPSA's blog featuring EPSA member companies' highlights for the month. She works with EPSA member companies, consultants, and staff to organize and facilitate EPSA's events, playing a large role in the planning and execution of EPSA's annual Competitive Power Summit and its seasonal Board of Directors meetings, as well as managing EPSA's event registration platform, event sponsorship, panelist and guest speaker logistics, and promotion. Frances creates and designs graphics for use in social media, event promotion, and podcast promotion, and more.Previously, Frances worked as a writing tutor for students at Grove City College while earning her degree. Prior to that, she was a self-employed writing tutor for high school-level writing, and an ESL (English as a Second Language) tutor for international high school students. Frances graduated from Grove City College (PA) in 2022 with a B.A. in English and a minor in French.
